The Laughing Man

The book I read was a classic by most standards. The story is called The Laughing Man by JD Salinger . It is about a boy who looks up to his coach of his baseball team and every day the coach stops the bus right before they go to a game and he tells them a story about “The Laughing Man”. The laughing man by my guess is his alter ego or something like that and by the mood of the coach the life of the laughing man, either gets harder or more fantastic. Warning, some words in the book are difficult to read. The author also cleverly put a hole in the story where the reader must infer about the coach’s problem. By Chris

Students As Teachers

After a very educational summer immersed in technology, I realize that, like most learning, the more you know, the more you realize there is to learn. That being said, this article provides a wonderful solution for assisting teachers in integrating techology in their classroom and involving students in the process.
